DRAG RACING CONCEPTS - DRC100021 - DRC1 DRAG PAK TRANSMISSION

The DRC1 Drag Pak Mid Motor Transmission is a 90% finished transmission that requires the factory Traxxas Slash Differential Gear or aftermarket equivalent. This transmission should be used with mid motor configurations only.

We started by reversing the 7075 T6 Hard Coated Top Shaft and carbon fiber motor plate to the correct side of the transmission cases to create a true mid motor transmission layout that allows the motor to run in correct direction.

We re-aligned the top shaft gear and idler gear so both gears are aligned with each other. This creates more strength between the gears and better overall wear. In addition the gear and bearing tolerances were improved over commonly found plastic transmission cases for a more precision build. The rear a-arm mounts are 0 degree and accept a wide variety of Traxxas based a-arms.
